A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 10. 2nd floor add on

We're taking the entire roof off the house today to get ready for the new 2nd floor addition. Things are going smooth as long as the contractor keeps up. We'll be making 3 stops today, 1st is a house we're buying to tear down and build 2 new construction houses. Next is the demo of the house where we've taking down all the walls and the floor and the roof rafters are just about gone as well. Last we're just about done with a new construction house and we're adding the finishing touches. Watch and learn how we keep track of multiple projects and I know you can do it too.

ps- Let me know if I can help you with any of your real estate deal structuring!

ppss- If you'd like to get a hard copy of our Roundup Newsletter, shoot your name and mailing address to [email protected]
