I thought it would be cool to share with you how I narrow down my house selection choices when I'm looking for a long term hold. If you've ever thought about buying a house but knew you couldn't qualify for a loan, then this video is for you. It seems like we all know we need to buy houses, but the hardest part is putting the ducks in a row and executing the steps. Below is the mental process I do when I'm looking for houses......
I know it may sound a little immature, however I promise this stuff works. Greg Pineo taught me how to work backwards when I comes to the game of real estate acquisition and finance. Plus the great thing about playing any game is the more you play, the better you'll get. The Holidays are approaching and sellers will get more motivated as the year ends so, don't let this year end without making a purchase, if you know that's what you want...
