Let's start a $350kšŸ House Flip together

Good Money Morning BP Fam,

Let's get started on a $350k house fix & flip to see the condition of the property when we first bought it and break down the numbers on the purchase prices, reno, ARV, and the hard costs(realtor fees, Interest on the money, Taxes/insurance, Closing costs Etc..etc).

We found this deal using google PPC, Pay per click (if you'd like mygeek squad for your business hit me up [email protected].) We then purchased it for $245k and we hope to put in approx. $34k in the reno-but it always goes over right!?!?. I want you to see all the things we look for when we're doing these property flips and further notice what items we can keep and which items must go. We'll also go over what building materials are popular in today's market. Come on inside this house with me to see how it's done so you can deploy this in YOUR real estate business..
