This seller's having a hard time selling because if his LOCATION!

Good Money Monday BP Fam,
     In keeping with my ministry of raising your financial literacy through real estate investing, I'd like you to come along with me and my coaching client James as we visit a seller. You'll learn some key negotiating skills in the home appointment.

This video shows how paramount the first pillar can be when you're trying to resell a house. Notice the sounds we hear as we walk around the property. Cars driving by makes it very hard to sell houses. I don't want you to EVER buy a house next to a busy highway like this one or you may find yourself in the same predicament as this seller.
