Step One: Getting my Real Estate Associates License

Let's review my Real Estate Investor checklist so far.
I am very exciting about getting my license. It feels like taking real action, it is an inversion:
- $485 GCS one week course.
- $75 Fingerprints.
- $89 DBPR Sales Associate Application Fee
- $XX Office Depot.
This is just the beginning, nevertheless I am committed to make it worth. I'll keep you post with the progress, Let's see how it goes!

Is your first deal really due in 2046?? I hope that is a type ;)
Glad to see you are moving on things. Too often people just get the high from talking about it, but never the experience of actually doing it. Great job so far.

I am now officially a Real Estate Agent.
I am very happy about this. Last tuesday feb/02/2016 I pass the State Test and get my license.
Next step, activate my license! I am looking at different options but either way, I want to became an investor friendly real estate agent!

State Test appointment for Tuesday, Feb 2 2016!
Even when what I have learn through BP does not apply for most of the test questions, I feel way ahead of my class regarding RE knowledge, so I am showing off a little bit during breaks and some class questions!

First Day of class! So far so good. Gold Coast Schools summaries make the process look very simple. I am planning to take the state exam next monday, so I have to wait for the DBPR approval and schedule the test.

This is good to see, Joel. Build that checklist, keep pushing forward and stretch yourself. If it's scary, you're probably doing something right. You're right that taking action is so important. And just as important is persistence in the face of obstacles.
