Turnkey Investing In Philadelphia - Jeremy Bowers

Turnkey investing has become quite popular over the last few years. Just like flipping there are some major areas to be careful with in order to make sure your investment is profitable. A turnkey project is one that someone else sources the deal for you, renovates it and then puts it into management. Each of those 3 areas are major bullet points on your project. You really want to make sure you are getting a good product that will be managed correctly. Understand what kind of construction is being done on your property and most importantly, know who you management company is. A good management company can make or break a perfectly well intended property.
