How To Buy Your First Rental Property

Buying your first rental property can be a scary thing. A lot of times in the beginning stages you don't yet know what you don't know and often one of three things usually happen:

  1. Analysis paralysis sets in and you find yourself researching for months and missing out on opportunities along the way
  2. You find yourself stressed out about thinking about what could go wrong and therefore do nothing
  3. You jump in with both feet and sink or swim, sometimes at the expense of making some rookie mistakes

I've found that the best way to get over the beginning stage challenges is to learn about the most important topics and take immediate action. Tim Ferriss teaches similar principles in his book The Four Hour Chef. He finds a world class top performer on a certain subject and immerses himself with knowledge and action items by leveraging the experience of the teacher.

By no means would I consider myself a world class performer in real estate investing, but building a million dollar net worth in under five years has at least given me a little street cred to be qualified to teach on this topic.

So I've decided to extract ten years of real estate investing experience into a learning platform via an online course. Naturally, I decided to do the first course on how to buy your first rental property.

Click on the image below to enroll in the course. I am offering the course for FREE through the month of July!

Here is an overview of the different topics that will be covered in the course:
