PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS ARE INVALUABLE

Today we are going to talk about how PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS ARE INVALUABLE

Neglecting maintenance can sometimes lead to larger more expensive repairs down the road. Ongoing regular evaluations of the property are essential and necessary to share with the landlord.

Below are a list of items of items to evaluate during the year with photos and share with the Landlord:

Exterior condition/siding

Roof

Lawn

Plumbing/Fixtures

Carpet/Flooring

Inside Fixtures

Appliances

Walls

Consider hiring third party vendors to provide the interior inspections for move ins, move outs and renewal time. Routine and preventative maintenance are important as well. The reports show tons of photos, notations on each item and shared with the owner and tenant. Don't neglect your maintenance regimen; changing A/C filters, checking smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are just a few of the items that can be included in your annual or bi-annual evaluations.

Having strong systems in place, jump you ahead of many others
