Not starting out with much, J and his wife Popi, ventured into the world of real estate. After learning everything he could about real estate, and becoming successful he decided to share what he learned through teaching. When a student inquired about Short Term Rentals, J realized he didn't know much about them. He focused on learning every step to running an STR and now has 34 units, 46 beds, and student's all around the world, in 116 countries!
