REI Clubs in Los Angeles
Anyone here in LA able to point me out to Newbie Friendly REI clubs here in Los Angeles?

I have heard great things about the REI of LA. Unfortunately, there is a $29 fee if you are a non-member, so I was reluctant to go. Yearly memberships start at $497.
However, there are a good amount of people from BP that been getting together monthly, for free. Be sure to check out BP Events and Happenings for the next LA meetup, or you can send me a message for the info. Next meetup in LA is on Feb 28th!
