Austin, TX Investors - New Build

I'm interested in flipping in the Austin, TX market. I just visited the city to study the neighborhoods and view some properties. However, I noticed there were a lot of tear downs of 1 unit to create 2 standalone units in its place. I want to learn more about this process. Does anyone have experience with these new builds? I'd love to learn more about it.

@Kris Wong @Abby Austin I second that notion. Its not easy to do. Its happening all over 78704 below oltorf and above oltorf. For many years, oltorf had been the dividing line. Now its everywhere in '04. I see that strategy played out in other parts of the city too. It will continue to happen until the city gets new zoning regulations.
