What would you say is the #1 habit that real estate agents / Realtors need to have to be successful?

Treat your business like a business! The vast majority of agents never act like a business owner. They sit at a desk and wait for business to fall in their lap. If you want to be successful, you need to put in the effort every day to network, market, etc. Gary Keller explains this very well in Millionaire Real Estate Agent.

Make sure what you are spending your time on are money making tasks.  Such as lead generation.  Lead Gen is everything.

Make sure you spend your time meeting new people in your market place.  It is free and may cost you a cup of coffee. Take time to meet at least 3 to 5 new people every day.
