Referrals wanted for self directed Solo 401K /IRAs.
Hey friends! We have decided to transfer our current retirement investment accounts (Solos 401Ks & IRA) to self directed ones to purchase real estate. There are so many fiduciary and custodian companies. Obviously, I know the cheapest isn't always the best so in light of finding the best overall, I'd love to hear which ones have served you well and what you love most about them as well as ones to stay away from. @Sharyn Mousseau you will not find a better person and company than @Dmitriy Fomichenko. I was with two other providers before I met Dmitriy and have never looked back. He and his team are very responsive with any inquires you make and will inform you of any changes in the law immediately. I do hard money lending, fix and flips, rentals, all within my Solo 401K. I have checkbook control and do not answer to anyone to get permission on what I invest in (as the law allows.)
