Fix and Flip opportunity for sale

Hello,
I have a property that I need to sell ASAP. Not occupied..
This is a great opportunity for an investor--this is a fix and flip project that I cannot complete because I have too many on my plate at the moment and need the cash. The house is currently listed on MLS for more but If a fellow investor through BP would like the opportunity I will sell at a pretty good discount. I purchased the house for $94K last summer and have put some time and money into it already.
