WHOA!!!! 5/3 Whiteland Vinyl Village with BRRRR Potential!!

This is a great house in a great neighborhood, located in Whiteland which is just south of Greenwood off of U.S. Highway 31. The Southern Pines neighborhood is a "vinyl village" type neighborhood with great rental history. Three bedroom homes are being rented for as high as $1565 per month. Our FIVE bedroom should fetch between $1700-1800!!!

There are no five bedroom houses in the neighborhood comps, but a four-bedroom with a little more square feet than ours just sold for $218,500 in 9 days!! Timber Valley is a similar neighborhood and there is a 5-bedroom that sold in that neighborhood recently for $185k that was rent-ready. This would be a great BRRRR house with tons of same neighborhood sales to back you up!

This one won't need much to be rent ready with the 1-year old HVAC and AC units, 5-year old water heater and 2-car attached garage. This one will also NOT last long so let us know if you are interested right away!
