I have been investing in Corpus Christi since 2019, with long-term rentals. I started off on the W2 track as a project manager and ascending through the corporate ladder from company to company, always looking for the next higher paying job. Then after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I came to the realization that the rat race is a 30–40-year journey which seems like an eternity. Why not take the leap and try for financial freedom in the next 10 years? Worst case, I can just go back to the workforce and take the traditional retirement path to 65. After that epiphany, I was determined to take action. I obtained a home line of credit (HELOC) on my one-bedroom condo in Boston and bought 8 deals over the course of 2 years; I purchased four 3 families, one 5 unit, two 6 units, and joined 2 apartment building syndications as a limited partner, one in Lowell MA and the other in Phoenix AZ. I also syndicated a 65 unit portfolio in New Bedford MA as a GP. I currently self manages 24 rental units and own 127 units. I obtained a majority of my units through househacking, syndicating and accessing liquidity through lines of credit. As an agent, I specialize in multifamily properties in and around Worcester. I have helped a multitude of buyers obtain their first househack and start their real estate investing journey. My expertise lies in creative financing, house-hacking, multifamily investing, and self-management. I have a passion for teaching others about the power of real estate investing and financial literacy. My ultimate goal is to travel the world and help thousands of others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.
