I am a real estate agent and investor. My wife Courtney and I own a real estate team (The Brown Team) in The Outer Banks, NC & in Northern Virginia. On average the team sells over 40M a year. We currently own 4 LTRs in Northern Virginia & 1 STR in Corolla, NC. We live full time in Southern Shores, NC. We primarily help other investors find STRs in The Outer Banks, NC. One of our biggest passions is helping investors strategically analyze the best deals. We consult many clients on rental returns, the process, and how to get started owning STRs. I grew up in Newport News, Virginia and joined the Marine Corps after high school. After a tour of duty in Iraq I received his B.S. from James Madison University. I received my masters at Auburn while working as a strength and conditioning coach with the Auburn football team (War Eagle!). My wife grew up in Northern Virginia and attended James Madison University as well. She received a full scholarship to play on the Women's basketball team. Having strong athletic backgrounds we are very competitive and have the work ethic needed so our clients always succeed. When we aren't selling homes you can find us with our kids (6&4) cruising around Southern Shores in our golf cart, working out, & spending a lot of time at the pool & beach.
