I have been in real estate since 2003, when I earned my salesperson license in New York State & did leasing & property management. I began investing in real estate 2004 and moved to Pittsburgh, PA in 2006 where I purchased 2 duplexes. When the market crashed in California, we saw opportunity and moved to Oakland, buying a house in 2012 and one in 2014. In 2012 I earned my real estate agent license, and in 2016 I earned my broker's license. Having been a top producing agent with Keller Williams since 2016, I mentor and teach classes for new agents . A serious work ethic is incredibly important to me; as a homeowner and investor, I understand how important your next transaction is. I have an MA in History from San Francisco State and am currently taking graduate level law school classes at Lincoln School of Law. Prior to working in Real Estate I was an archivist and corporate historian.
