I am interested in teeming up with someone that has some experience in buying properties at tax sales auctions in California 

I only ever met the Broker in person once, by happenstance in an airport in California.

I live in CA so multiple LLC options are not really a possibility due to CA fees per LLC.

Option A: we would move to California and live in a apartment while our main house ( LTR) is being rented out that is in WI to work as a RN and my husband gets into the apprenticeship .

I recently moved to Chicago from California about 7 months ago.

I've read that it is very difficult to evict in California, so I'd check that too.

LLCs, on the other hand, are intentionally designed to create that legal separation and keep everything 100% owned by you for protection.Florida and California each have their own quirks in how LLCs work, so the specifics can vary.

Never did, but plan to do so.I registered the Ohio LLC in California because, evidently, I'm doing business in CA.I am looking to purchase a property in St Louis using DSCR.

Or perhaps I'm looking for a shortcut that doesn't really exist, where the correct path is just to start making connections and talking to as many people as possible...Note I'm in CA but looking to invest out-of-state.
