I suspect many cities across the country are seeing similar conditions where the perfect storm of favorable zoning and cheap financing led to more units than the market could absorb. 

My companies are constantly battling the city and counties to get them to simply follow the law.

The city is experiencing rapid population growth, job growth, and major developments from companies like Intel, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Honda, Microsoft, and LG, which keeps rental demand high and strengthens your long-term equity.

The city is making them demolish the second “unit” because it crossed the line into an illegal ADU.

Last month, a guest turned me into the city and now I am required to shut down the AirBnB because I am in violation.
