Ice dams, mold etc...

I would get the guys coffee, i would the trucks they used to go and pick up the investors from teh airport, I would work from morning until night with the contractors on these buildings....Fast forwardd two years, found a 3 uit REO, it fit his criteria....it was a 50/50 split with one contigency ***i was reponsible for doing all the work, renting, selling*** he would just provide material....Got that doen, now we have a cash flowing assest under our belt, and have TWO more properties under contract, AND i literally JUST helped him raise over 300k on a deal from my best friends DAD....Alot of hurdles, but it DAM sure works, if you work it!!

I have many years in land development, municipal, hydraulic and dams and reservoirs.

I did hear it from a vp in asset sales last year though...dam banks!

@Jim Lamp'l - Do you meant the Dam Neck area of Virginia Beach?  

There is a new factory being built that is expected to fuel economic growth in the Aliquippa/Beaver County area.

Makes it dam hard for working class to get descent housing. 

Never seems to matter whether I'm using a company with 40 Google reviews that are great or some company I've never heard of...its the dam workers...and these are B- and C+ properties.

Condensing a large project in half as a DIY beaver that likes to build his OWN dam is not recommended.
