.- She is currently a Senior Consultant at a consulting firm and she is not actively assigned to a project at the moment, but remain employed with the firm.- She will receive proceeds that will fully cover the lease term, and can provide a proof of proceeds letter from the title company to document this.I could ask for additional proof of ownership, although the letter of the title company might suffice.
