Exterior didn’t need much – sharp new accent color for exterior doors, and other aesthetic enhancements, plus some upgrades on roof flashing and weatherproofing.We discovered that the ground level water intrusion was because a huge crack in a sloping sidewalk next to the building was funneling all the stormwater right over the sill, into the onsite-manager’s unit.

Some larger plants along the sidewalk/under the windows and some big potted plants around the entrance would help also!   

Appraiser just came and did not give a certificate of completion, because there was some sod and sidewalk remaining to be done.  

Hello BP Members , So today i was driving a new way from work and i saw this very beat up house and the owner was a hoarder real bad like his stuff was on the sidewalk and all that.

                   ~ parking lots and sidewalks shoveling ~  Contractor must be insured

@Andrii Okipnyi my understanding of the City Ordinance is all property owners are required to clear public sidewalks of snow by 7:00 pm the day of a snowfall.  

You won't pay I need it now homeowner prices.Or, you can buy out of state and get taken to the cleaners on almost every repair bill you pay for because you're the out-of-state rich dude buying up local property and nobody gives a dog turn on the sidewalk care about you. 

I have a few jobs: I do some bookeeping, budgeting, and business consulting for a local architect, I work at at CPA firm during tax season, and I own a little side business with my friend doing pressure washing and sealing driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.

They are replacing all the sidewalks at the intersections and there has been a ton of growth up by the interstate. 

Mechancal weathering occurs a lot in NE Ohio and the city will come by and tell you to replace the driveway, sidewalk squares etc...
