Where will they get money for food and other necessities once HELOC is depleted?

Wanted to reach out to the community and make sure it wasn't a necessity to create an LLC as soon as possible because I would like to make sure I hedge my risk as much as possible in case an emergency would occur at or with a property I purchased and own outright, thanks. 

Therefore, while I acknowledge the necessity of investing in a relationship, I want to gather as much information as possible and make the most informed decision possible.

The way I learned the most was by deciding what my goal with real estate was, then finding people who've already achieved my goal and learning everything I could from them.After meeting a ton of successful investors, I think university could help, but I don't think it's a necessity.

I wasn't a big spender in the first place but I'm really trying to only spend on necessities to put as much money as possible towards a reserve. 

From what I am observing it is seemingly reactionary to cover lower margins and out of necessity to make deals pencil.Meanwhile I am hearing this spun or disguised to help raise capital, negotiate better ownership splits or to merely keep the lights on.

Plus “foreclosure defense” which was created out of necessity in the last crash is very useful defense in a judicial state to delay delay delay then get a low interest rate modification.

Real estate agents and loan officers can be highly compensated just the same (they have strong lobbies) and their industries set it up so they are paid commissions (which I don’t think is a dirty word), but the difference is that the public just views those products or services more as an inevitable necessity compared to insurance.  

Also, they could advise on doing this and necessity for permits.

I self managed out of necessity because my area has no fully operational property managers.
