If unemployment skyrockets as I expect, then Obama could easily come up with something equally stupid on the federal level.This is EXACTLY what I have been talking about these past few months!

After listening to today's talking heads, I wonder if waiting till after Jan 20 wouldn't be the better time-they're suggesting that Obama will take immediate steps to loosen the money given the banks etc for loaning.

The outlook for 2009 will not be up for discussion until Obama gets into office and we have the "first 100 days" pass.There is a lot of money / deal-makers waiting for that hurdle to pass.I'm hearing 'We have cash but are not looking to buy until 3rd or 4th qtr of 2009.'

Obama will fix the problem.

When Mr Obama gets sworn in, we will find out in short order if big money is happy

And. no that is Obama.

Then again, we've got a Treasury Secretary who is a tax cheat . . .I think the change that the Obama administration seems to be advocating is that it is okay to break the law.
