I am starting a project similar to this as well , actually inspired by the forums here on BP.

We need some inspiration. 

@Katie Miller and @Dave Meyer this could be a great social post, or potential podcast episode inspiration.

Making the point that the average RE investor does not belong in a syndication and should invest directly in properties , C an attorney looking to promote his “ ambulance chasing”business .A - We are experiencing the importance of proper diligence in real life with LPs losing money or having their capital at significant risk.B - None of us want to be average...or would want to be in deals right now where average levels of diligence were performed.C - I'm not in the business...just an investor (in syndications and my own personal portfolio).

. - The movement of these off sidelines inspires MORE movement off the sidelines.

Very inspirational!

I haven't done my first deal yet, but I set a lofty goal for this quarter to have purchased 10 properties and sold them quickly for a minimum profit of $10,000 per property.This massive goal was inspired after listening to Benjamin Hardy talk about 10x is easier than 2x.I'm not looking for people to belittle the goal I have or give me reasons why it won't work.
