I work in engagement marketing and deal with construction tradesmen all day, usually more custom type tradespersons with a lot of care and concern for their own work, which may glamorize it more than I realize.

OR Find someone doing deals and ask them how you can help them in their business (i.e. negotiate a custom internship) and learn one roles after another.

Big red flag for me with them is that they don't pull Credit Scores because for some reason they have to treat everyone the same and some of their customers don't want credit pulled.

A lot of financial institutions do not allow lenders as customers and will close/freeze your accounts if youre lending out of accounts under the guise of a different business line.
