@Pantelis Pantelides not sure if you found a solution but if you are out of state and looking to manage yourself but need on the ground help, a leaseing agent and using the platform hemlane is a pretty good way to go. 

As a young person just starting on their own I'd first recommend getting a firm grasp of your personal finances and good personal finance habits.

Is good you have a solid plan, now go put it to work. 

Not a good idea to do your own thing when you're married, can lead to issues.

@Joel Carmona I like NOLO Press they have very good books on law tenant landlord issues and for entities like LLCs.

@Mark Anthony College Park near Woodward Academy and nearby has some very good investment opportunities though on the high end.
