As a mortgage broker in these types of transactions, or buyers going at it without an agent, puts a lot on our shoulders to answer questions that would typically be referred to their buyer's agent.

You will be able to rub shoulders with like minded people and find mentors local to you that will be willing to help you out.  

So if you are concerned, you should be, that's the little guy sitting on your shoulder looking out for you!.

It takes a couple times to get your balance down, but I can literally go for over an hour where I can't go for more than 30 minute watching tv.Madden keeps me excited and completely engaged, I don't even think about working out.I also try to lift twice a week in my home, but I hurt my shoulder two months ago and I haven't been able to lift much at all.I always try to stop at a grocery store instead of fast food.

It is also shouldering an elementary school as well.

I was standing in the parking of of one of my apartment buildings chatting with my contractor and cleaning guy when the cleaning guy goes 'WTF' as he looks over my shoulder.

This may work in certain climates or seasonally, but I've ran into issues with it during "in-between" seasons where both cooling and heating was needed, so I ultimately just turned it off.Guests can switch between heat and AC but you are right, the temperature limits apply either way so it can be tricky on shoulder seasons.

Think, I have FULL WEIGHT of liability on my shoulders for ANYTHING my agent's do.
