@Tamara Troutt if you're into visualizations, imagine putting on a heavy duty raincoat/ iron shield before calls, and imagine the tomatoes and eggs they are throwing at you just sliding off it as you stay protected and clean in your shield.Just keep going!

But because Phil knows that if anything is done incorrectly along the way, you could get into a lot of trouble if accused of brokering Real Estate without a License, he justifies his 50/50 split of the many thousands of dollars profit that would otherwise be going to just you, by suggesting that he can give you the secret sauce that will allow you to not break those brokering rules.But I agree with Matt Jones' point.

You can have (depending on what zoning allows), bed and breakfasts, equine facilities, up close and personal with animals, you pick em fields (tomatoes, strawberries, etc.), as mentioned CSAs, produce stands with all sorts of local grown and produced products (esp. as the "eat local" movement grows even larger), and so on and so on and so on.
