However, what you learn in school, sets the groundwork for your ability to grasp everything you learn outside of school. 

I spoke with one of their agents before  and he help set the ground work that I would need to have 5k non refundable earnest money to do contract and I would have to decide fast before one of the other agents brought a buyer first. 

I also wouldn't invest with someone who had to borrow the money to do the groundwork on a syndication deal (i.e. a brand new person with no money of their own.

Looks like you have already done loads of groundwork and have a lot of Mexican RE experience.I am thinking we would be interested in buying another property around the summer/fall of 2022.

I would bet that since purchasing the course: All the study time, implementing ground work steps to set up systems, driving for dollars and all the miscellaneous phantom time expenses. 8 hours a week would be 96 hours.
