Not your tenant, you didn't screen....no deposits is a BIG RED flag on the people you are probably dealing with and how the landlord handled them before...... my gut is that you probably want them gone any way.....Are you ready to deal with the expenses of clean up, rehab, vacancy etc now or do you financially need the dust to settle for awhile?

We just work to screen and fill any vacancy.

I've learned to better screen my tenants, had challenges torrent to use AHS for maintenance, etc.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area.

I would screen them like any other tenant: 3x take home income relative to rent with verification, clean background check, positive landlord references.
