I disagree and here is why;A wholesaler needs to know;Marketing - to attract leadsValue - to determine what the property will sell forNegotiation - to buy at the right price Documentation - to put the property under contract correctly so it can be wholesaledRehab - so you know how much to knock off and allow a budget for the person buying from you.I started as a buyer from a wholesaler.

A buy and hold LL would be far more attracted to a leased property (I know I would) as long as you have good tenants in place.
