So I have had the real estate bug for quite some time now (about a year) and I am finally at the point that I am ready to take action.

The unit is 2 bed 2 bath detached cottage with private backyard and we are in the process of renovating it. 

When we rented the condo just recently, we asked the landlord to make some upgrades in the master bathroom (its a 2 bed 2 bath condo) and we offered to split the cost 50/50 (he was reluctant on the overall cost so we agreed to pitch in because we liked the place otherwise).

It is a two bed-room and I am currently getting income from a roomate.My ideal timing of the "stars aligning" would like for me to be in a point where I would be able to purchase the house just in time when i have paid off my own.That way I would only have to focus on one mortgage in the mean timeThanks so much!!

Our folks turn $225 to turn our home which is 2400sqft and sleeps 10.We have 4 sets of sheets for each bed. 1 king, 2 queens and 4 twins (bunkbeds) as well as extras for guest changes if needed.Towels are 3 per max guest.
