When the recorder denied the documents because they were missing a power of attorney page, we went into a black hole of information that took me a month of phone calls to unravel, and I do mean ME and not THEM.

These floors were never finished at all, the bare wood was walked on for 120 years and the floors were black with a century of dirt, dust, grime, etc.We finished the attic into 4 more rooms and had a professional floor refinisher sand the floors and ploy them.

. #1: I would print out / pencil out the opportunity details from the biggerpockets analysis calc for the property, and black out / remove the address, if you feel that un-trusting of the lenders.
