For how long, will it be a short decline lets say 3 to 6 months or a long decline over a year, in the time it will take to bring it back up 

They service the place for a year, the roach population declined to none. 

As such there are poor areas, rich areas, growing areas, declining areas. 

Getting just a score or accept/decline answer just doesn't cut it IMO ...

Many years ago we were at a cottage with a group & the young kids wanted to play Monopoly.But my youngest at the time declined & said she wasn't interested because  'thats all my parents do in real life'. !!!

"a seller who sells on his/her own" is a FSBO and they tend to push the envelop in RE, which is why many will decline to work with them at all.

We declined and reiterated our policies.  

I prefer adding space to first the kitchen, then to the master bedroom, it's closet space and the master math, IMO formal living space is on a decline for larger informal living, under 3000 sq ft.

Even when people have threatened the MLS with legal action, they still decline to remove old photos because they know they have legal authorization to display them.
