Solar is a pretty big expense, I haven't seen many listings with solar included so it's hard to gauge what your ROI would be on something like that.For my personal home?

Because you are purchasing the property from the auction and the owner is the de facto tenant in place you will win the suit with clear proof of ownership but need to make sure to give notice and file it with the court three days after failure to vacate.
