When you are door to door with people, adopting dress similar to your seller is better.

I doubt this happens very often but requiring them gone for the inspection opens the door to claims of missing/broken items.  

With foreign money coming in and buying property, and with predictions of the Canadian dollar to stay at a constant value of ~$0.70USD, property values may continue to rise.
