I'd make up a spreadsheet and run some projected numbers for different types of properties....STR vs LTR vs MF vs BRRR, Etc....see what comes up, maybe you'll have a revelation......You could also just look for the best property out there right now...kinda like the NFL draft, they just take the best player available (regardless of which position they were hoping for)Good luck!
