I'm torn on where to hang my license.

They hang very nice, but with the loft that isn't as big deal.

They direct deposit & except for her occasionally taking our dog to her clinic we rarely see them.When the dog goes in for treatment she's NOT caged but hangs out on the Vets office couch until she's delivered to us at home & we get the friends & family discount.

I don't know how you get around this, so I write listing agreements with a co-op commission (ie buyer and seller broker) and then a non-co-op commission (seller broker only) at about half.2) Do NOT sign an exclusive buyer rep agreement.  90% of brokers with these will hang around until YOU find something and then pop up asking for their slice.
