Using Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc. has made it super convenient to pay and get paid after odd jobs.  

IE: I get 20 applications for a property - Do I go through and pick and choose who to charge app fee to ?

Architects can review pay apps, review schedules of complete, answer questions for the contractor, review shop drawings.  

I just realize that...Bigger pockets is amazing but their app is so clunky it really needs an overhaul!!

First property what you recommend to save some money, best DIY property management App or just hired a property management company?

I have many tenants who pay themselves and are paid before the due date via check in the mail, I have many who pay through Zelle Quickpay, some who cash app, some who Venmo and then my Section 8 which gets directed deposited on the first.

The mayor of my own municipality is on the NextDoor app, and he posts regularly that he will shut down any that he sees. 

It has always been seamless, especially when using their mobile banking app and the online account access.  

Also I highly recommend the app clubhouse and check out all the real estate groups and get up on stage and introduce yourself and ask questions.  

I’m only halfway into the first chapter, and I’m already ready to shut down my audible book app.
