If you said you wanted to get a new truck because the girl down the street thinks trucks are awesome, so you are going to drop $50k on one to impress this girl, my answer would sound like my dad when I was teenager: "get your priorities straight...".  

I'm in California, and was under the impression that we could only disqualify someone based on them not meeting the minimum requirements, hence the high score.

I will add that I have worked alongside him for other clients since 2015 and I am very impressed with how vast his knowledge is about the construction process, his attention to detail, his professionalism in dealing with me, his thick skin, network of trades and ambition.

I was under the impression that the minimum down payment even as an owner occupied would be 15% so I’ll have to look into that.Cheers!

I'm impressed with their setup, demo Zoom video, schedules, and experience. 

I'm not too familiar with the Charleston area but the real estate statistics have been impressive over the last couple of years.

My impression is they are wanting more than what it is worth based on how long they have been letting it sit vacant.

What are some things that you have you done to leave a lasting impression?
