Are there any websites out there that can find and calculate comps near your subject property without you having to do all the work looking for yourself?

Also, when I go online and look at the auditor's website, more often than not, I pull up the permitting records, and there are none, despite the fact that there are new windows, roofs, porches, and siding. 

At this point I would only be able to take out about $19K(have about $25K invested in home), going from $1,550/mo payment to $1,350/mo, interest rate from 4.375 to 3.625%.Just want some quick feedback on this as I was hoping for a larger appraisal which would give me more cash for next investment. 

So, my understanding is, after looking at the IRS website and another cpa I spoke with, I would need to also file a Schedule SE to pay my SS and Medicare taxes. 

They choose one with low rates or a shiny website or a fancy office or based on the recommendation of a friend or stranger on BP and just assume everything will work out.
