Good morning, shopping for insurance for a rental property (in this case, long term buy and hold strategy on 3 bed 2 bath), what sort of things I should be expecting from a good insurance company?

I track the following stats everyday:- outbound calls-inbound calls -outgoing text-incoming text- average call durationsEvery morning we are going over the numbers .

I have a friend who has credit card debt from buying meals from restaurants and things he doesn't really need.

If your looking in that area I would also suggest as they have that you observe the property during the morning afternoon and evening during the week and weekends.
