I'm looking into current financing I can get with a local portfolio lender, but I can imagine very soon that I'll be wanting to manage multiple flips at the same time, but will run into the problem of not being able to get another loan personally.

Ok, investorsI learned a good lesson with DoHardMoney, and they flopped again on a good deal, so now I need some good lenders, I have a property for 55k from a seller , the comps in the area is 105-125k the house needs about 10 k in rehab, I need lender like yesterday, anyone have some GOOD hard money investors, tired of the wasting time with companies like DHM.

The FHA appraisal came back at $225, then the lender required a second appraisal since it was a flip (title transferred less then 6 months ago...FHA flip guidelines) Of course the second appraisal came back in the 170s, killing the deal.
