Most of our rentals are in lower to moderate income areas, which believe it or not, are somewhat bandit sign friendly...especially when the sign is clearly in your yard, and not on the street.With this being said - I'm thinking about putting ""We pay cash for houses" signs at some of our rental properties, as additional lead source.
