Currently it is YES, even Warren Buffet encourages people to well use the low interest rate.

College is supposed to produce more educated, well rounded individual for greater good of society -- yes, its a pretty loft, high-minded sentiment.

If you mean that you are unsure whether the market can sustain it though, I'd encourage you to diligence the market by looking at comps, talking to agents and reading up on the demographics and key employers.
