Not that I don't agree with you, but I look at stats that disturb me like the increase in this country's prison population which is up 300% since the early 70's and wonder at what cost are we reaching this 'socially civilized society'?

I oppose illegal immigration and doing anything to encourage it.

I encourage them to ask questions and make it clear that a lease is a legal document so if there is anything they do not understand it needs to be cleared up BEFORE they sign.

You can encourage people on those to get over here as well if you'd like.
