Perhaps, but not as much as you think, especially if you're not factoring in your time spent each month and stress level dealing with various problems.

Honestly, I wouldn't stress, escrow doesn't WANT to have that extra money sitting around, they're just slowly balancing their books etc.

I get back early next year, and i guess my question is should i tell them I’m starting the eviction process now and try to get everything done here which would add more stress on my dad who is helping or just leave it for a few more months until I’m home?
