If you are on the Appfolio basic plan you don't have access to Abodo, Zumper, Realtor.com, etc. which allow you to reach more people.I would also look into regional sites and associations to list on so you can reach people located in your area.Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are also options.

I had thought receipts would be requested when I first started managing my properties, but have never had a tenant request a receipt many times because they are already paying through ACH or cashiers check so the receipt can be their bank statement and the lease which they have access to online.
