It's located in the building at 30 Montgomery St. in Downtown JC.Construction costs will vary widely, but new construction in The Heights will feature fairly high-end finishes, so keep in mind that costs will be on the higher-end, too.

I have attended a meet up group that is sponsored by 3rd angle and I seem to recall that they have done some conversions before.

I guess I could always sell the property but I was thinking more from the angle of using the equity that I have accrued over the years and pulling that out to reinvest into another property.

Others obviously feel differently.I want lots that can take a 16 wide because any replacement homes I'm going to do are going to be new 16 wides or, in some cases, multi sections.

That eliminates the problem with pictures only showing the angle that someone wants you to see.

This is a long shot but another angle to look at it from. 

The RV angle would be a plus, but if it doesn't work out we'll probably sell it for extra cash.

I know there's many angles here I can take but I'd like to know the least painful!
